Bulk Send Documents for Signature

Thirty permission slips. Twelve employees acknowledging a new policy. Every member of an HOA signing the same consent form. Bulk send lets you send one document to a whole list, with each person signing their own copy. On the free plan you can send to 20 people at once and it counts as a single request.

How to bulk send

  1. Upload the document at Sign a PDF: a PDF, a photo of the paper form, or a template.
  2. Choose “A copy for each person.”
  3. Mark where they sign and add the fields each person fills in: name, date, address, phone, a checkbox, custom text, or “Ask for a document” so they attach a photo or PDF.
  4. Paste your list. One person per line, with their name and email or mobile number. You can copy it straight from Excel or Google Sheets.
  5. Send. Everyone gets their own personal link. Each signs on their phone, no account needed.

Each signed copy comes with its own certificate of completion: the email or phone the link was sent to, IP address, device, date, time, a unique signer code and the document's SHA-256 fingerprint.

Tracking who has signed

Your status page shows every person on the list: who has opened it, who has signed and who hasn't. Anyone on the list with an email address who hasn't signed gets an email reminder every two days, up to three times, so you don't have to chase. Each signed copy comes back to you with its own certificate. Download the ones you want to keep: documents are deleted 30 days after completion.

What people bulk send

How it compares

Bulk send is often a premium feature. DocuSign includes it only in its Business Pro plan, priced per user (about $40–45 per user per month billed annually, as of November 2026, per DocuSign's pricing page), and its Standard and Business Pro plans cap envelopes at around 100 per user per year. With MultiDocs, bulk send is on every plan, including the free one. To be fair, DocuSign's bulk send has extras we don't, like CSV merge fields, API access and integrations.
