What MultiDocs doesn’t include
To keep the comparison fair: MultiDocs creates standard electronic signatures with a full audit trail, legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA for most contracts and forms. It doesn’t offer an API, CRM integrations, knowledge-based identity verification (KBA) or notarization. If you need those, a bigger platform is the better fit. Questions about pricing
Is it really free?
Yes. Signing your own documents is free and unlimited, and you can send 15 documents a month for signature without paying or entering a card. Your signers never pay and never need an account.
What counts as a signature request?
Each document you send to one or more people to sign. Signing your own documents doesn’t count. With bulk send (“a copy for each person”), the whole batch counts as one request: up to 20 people on Free and up to 500 on Team.
Do I pay more if I add my whole team?
No. The Team plan is $25 a month for unlimited users. A team of 10 pays the same as a team of 1.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay $240 for the year and save two months. If you cancel, you keep your dashboard and go back to 15 requests a month.
Does the price include sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars and don’t include sales tax. Where a state requires tax on software services, it will be added at checkout.
What if I send more than 1,000 documents a month?
