What people usually ask us.
Does my client need to sign up or install anything?
No. They get a link by email, text message or WhatsApp, open it on their phone and sign with a finger.
Is it legally valid?
For most business documents, yes. Under the federal ESIGN Act and your state's version of UETA, a signature can't be denied legal effect just because it is electronic, and every document comes with a record of the date, time and signer details. A few documents fall outside those laws; see are electronic signatures legally binding?
Do I need to create an account to send?
No. You upload the document, add your client's name and email or mobile number, and send it. You just confirm your email with a code. The signed document arrives in your inbox.
What if several people sign?
You add each person and mark where they sign. Each one gets their own link. They can sign at the same time or one after another, in the order you choose.
How much does it cost?
Free for up to 15 documents sent for signature a month. If you need more, $25 a month with unlimited users and up to 1,000 sends.
